My complaint:
During hand luggage search before boarding for Houston usa, the lady on duty was going through my jewellery pouches and i was purposely ditracyed by anoth official for body search. In that time one of my jewellery pouches was removed from my bag.

My jewellery was a family heirloom and had emotional value as well as monetary worth
I was informed by another relative who came by Turkish Airlines that a similar incident took place with him and his watch was being stolen same way but he realised in time and called security n had it recovered.
Suggested solution:
Please check the cameras and see who the lady was who removed the whote pouch holding my jewellery from my bag . Either get my set back for me or make compensation.
I will be on istanbul airport on my way back on the 26 th and i can check with the authorities then
