My complaint:
I’m a patient of Haniffah n met him on 210223.
He proscribed Riviotril or alternative Xanax. I was given 2 weeks of Xanax as Riviotril was out of stock that day.
I went to IH’s pharmacy today in hope that Riviotril could be in stock. To my surprise, a male pharmist told me that even if the hospital have Riviotril, I won’t be given any as my sticker did not mention Riviotril. Another disappointment was he could remember me from last week’s visit n said that I could only be entitled to 1 Week of Xanax as I still have a week of Xanax left. I waited n paid for 7 Xanax pills only.
Should there be any stock of Riviotril, my sticker do not reflect my entitlement.
I’m very fimilar with my medication n also understand the current shortage we r facing.
Making a trip n only to be able to BUY 7 pills…???
Suggested solution:
To make a trip n the cost to the hospital not justifiable n a mistake on my sticker.
