My complaint:
They have roaches and smell like mold in here and my daughter have Asthma and I talk to somebody at the front desk yesterday her name is Diana and she told me to come in the morning and she will move us to another room so I go to the front desk and the General manager cause what his name tag says I let him know what was goin on and I told him what his employee said so he come and tell he gonna charge me 25$ just to change to another room when I paid 323.14$ for a week and this is not acceptable at all when I have a child that have Asthma and she Breathing in this mold and the front desk not trying to help me at all the front desk manager have a nasty attitude that’s not acceptable I deal with Customers everyday I am managers and his attitude is not acceptable at all the Toilet dnt work but I sit here and paid this kinda money for a room…rooms like this should make u feel like at your own house but it’s not this is aggravating and Frustrating now I’m gonna Wind up bring my daughter to the hospital cause she starting to Beath funny and that’s not acceptable with me when you running a place of business you should make your tents feel comfortable and your manager is not and he not trying to do nothing bout it if I leave I’m gonna be loosening out on money I even ask to Transfer me to the one down the street and he told me he couldn’t so we stuck here cause I Can’t afford to lose out on my money I’m very upset with this Situation and nobody wanna help but I’m spending my money with y’all all I’m asking can y’all please help me and call me ASAP please my is 3464186283 my name is Casey Batiste

I would handle it with care and what I have to do to make my Tenets feel comfortable I would stand with a I don’t care attitude
