My complaint:
I reserved a room for a week and paid over 400 dollars for it. I showed up a 330 in the afternoon and there was no one there to let me into a room. I was told that I had to wait till tomorrow and there’s nothing I can do about the money I already paid. So now I’m sleeping on the streets. I feel like something needs to be done about this the reason you reserve a room ahead of time and pay for it is so you don’t have to go through this kind of situation. I feel like you shouldn’t even have this as an option if you can’t make good on it. So I would like for something to be done about this some kind of compensation for leaving me stranded on the streets with no where to go
Suggested solution:
I would like some kind of compensation for leaving me stranded on the streets with no one who can help me out. Free room for a couple days would be reasonable
