My complaint:
property attendant never showing up when reporting an issue ,yelling at me , hanging up on me on the phone and treating me like I’m crazy. Also threatening to kick us out just for reporting disturbances. We have been good tenants for almost two years and he doesn’t do his job. Every time we have reported a disturbance he never comes not even security.
Suggested solution:
Please, we need a new property attendant a professional one that doesn't yell at me and treats me like I'm crazy for the stuff I see happening. I also should not be threatened by him to kick us out for reporting disturbances. He doesn't do his job and he does not care. I want to feel safe where we live and he hangs up on me while I'm talking and calls me a crazy person. I have even called the police and they won't do anything to talk with him.
