My complaint:

I have been waiting on a refund for months. I paid a month for my room and was told the next day I had to be out due to the room being renovated and when I asked if I could switch rooms I was told they were near compacity and it would be $50 more when I come back by Brent the office manager. I only stayed the week to move out Me n my son.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money
