My complaint:

On the day of February 27th 2021 my wife and I checked into Intown Suites on Preston rd. Dallas, TX. I originally booked the room at the Metric Dr. Dallas, TX on the phone earlier that week, ed my reservation, was given the price of my stay and was told to bring my I’d and all. Upon arrival at the Metric Dr location I was told Oh, you don’t have a reservation, its a waiting list and we don’t anything available. I called the the Preston rd location and the general manager (who wasn’t the friendliest) gave us a room. On Monday March 1st i was at work most all day and was told by the general manager that there was smoke coming from the room. The fact is that several people were smoking in front of or walking around or by their doors or even one or 2 inside there door w the door open. I came back, had conversation w the general manager and told her the only smoking we’ve done was outside. She also said my wife was reluctant to open the door for housekeeping but later found out that housekeeping was a male and my wife was not properly dressed at the time. She said she wont kick us out but we couldn’t renew and of course no refund if we check out early. Later that night the police were called on us and again said we were smoking and selling drugs out the room!!! from an anonymous caller they said and the caller didn’t want to give much detail. The police found nothing wrong and said it sounded like someone just being petty. Sometimes people will look at you judge and have premeditated how they will treat or talk to you regardless of anything else. Its sad to say this is the world we live in. I just want my money back. And the room was dirty.

Suggested solution:

Refund
