My complaint:
Me and my family have been here for about 4 months now and there’s a family above us who we’ve made several noise complaints about. It’s becoming a problem because I’ve had to bang on the ceiling to try and get them to stop banging and stomping. I’ve went to the office several times and I’ve called on numerous occasions but there’s still nothing being done. I don’t want anything confrontation with these people so I’m just asking for the office to do something. I believe we deserve the same peace that we give the other tenants here. We pay $400 a week and I really wish something could be done
Suggested solution:
After so many noise complaints there should be terms of possible leaving the premises. Or maybe find them a different room
