My complaint:
I been having water leaks in our bathroom for over three months. We have knats all over our restroom from the water leaks , the night shift maintenance has been coming in recording the leaks and just giving me towels for the water over four times. I happened to be off work today and I went to tell the manager about it and she is treating to put me out and saying she could have been put us out because of the condition of our room which is irrelevant of the reason I went to the office.
Suggested solution:
Stop trying to argue with me about my complaint and have someone to come fix it. It's supposed to be a new premium suite which they went up on since January of 2023. I feel I should be reimbursed some of my money for not having my restroom up to par in a timely manner. I hadn't been told when it would be fixed until me coming in today in person after telling the maintenance over three times. And please stop treating to put me out because im asking them to do their job. I work as well and from my understanding, The customer is always right.
