My complaint:
Sounds of jumping throughout the upper room daily and I mean morning, day and night. We had informed property manager about the issue but there still continue to be loud disturbances from above our room from the upper room over us. Me and my girlfriend needs rest so we can get up to get ready for work, school courses and other things we do in our day. The loud disturbances has been going on since we moved into the other room from the old room closest to the front office.
Suggested solution:
By informing the neighbors about the loud disturbances coming from their upper room heard downstairs and give them a warning that if they do not stop making loud noises they will have to vacate from the room because disturbing other guest will not be tolerated at Intown Suites on Broad River Road.
NO IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to inform other adult guest/or there rambunctious children there noise is bothersome. I’m NEVER putting myself in a confrontation with a total stranger- I informed the hotel staff as she assisted me with my bags- WE BOTH HEARD the UNRULY conversation at its peak of volume and laughter with stomping to round out the disturbance.
