My complaint:
I’m trying to teach cooperate due to the conditions of the room. First the front desk calls me after I book to ask if I could choose a different room because she didn’t want to clean another room, then proceeded to tell me Gracie she was leaving this was 4pm. I explained why I chose the room she said ok fine she’ll clean a room for me. I then inform her it will be a late check in she said ok I’ll leave your room unlocked because she won’t be here and my keys will be inside. When I arrived there was someone, a man, leaving out of my room. He was not staff. I go in acting like I didn’t see him since I’m a single woman and locked the door there was 1 key so the other was missing. As I look around it is literally infested with roaches, and not just a few the 7 minutes I was inside without sitting or touching anything I laid my eye on at least 17 roaches EVERYWHERE even in the bed and inside the refrigerator. Then I see a huge roach the size of a small finger. I paid $524.74 to sleep in my car. This is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I did stay in the room. I did not sign the contract the clerk signed. I was not able to view the room first. I would like a refund
