My complaint:

I was Ready to pat rent at 1030. Was told to come back at 11. Came back no one there. Saw front desk manager was told to wait again while she finished her rounds. Still charged a Late fee. Was told to pay or Get out. Very rude. I tried multiple times to pay on time. Was told to wait and charged a late fee anyway. I never even got a courtesy call

Suggested solution:

Refund Late fee. I made every attempt to pay on time. I never even got a call from the front desk.
