My complaint:
I have been a guest at this hotel since 2015, paying monthly. During that time I have never been charged a late fee. Whenever I have lost track of a payment date the manager has always called me or sent a staff member to the room. Today i was charged a $30 late fee. The new manager said that she called my cell and my room. I want to believe her but there is no record of a missed call on my cell and my room phone did not ring. Perhaps it is not working. At any rate i think i should receive the benefit of any doubt rather than being assesed a $30 fee.
