My complaint:
I have two service animals I know their are no pets allowed. I had my Dogs in my car to take them for a walk. But their are ppl here who have their pets housekeeping has not came though I paid for two weeks. I have no issues with what others do ppls are smoking close to the back. I caught one of their one staff which is drinking GIN and Jucie I assume he is the night watch man. I already paid for my room and now they are denying me of my service animals. PLEASE CALL ME at 317-938-1864. I dont like to complain I did not get mad when management was an hour réservations so please email me at tompkinssaad@gmail.com
