My complaint:
InTown Suites in Bowling Green KY, has the rudest hateful manger that I’ve ever ever had to deal with, and another thing is that the rooms are horrible with bug’s, smells bad, stained sinks, walls, and much more.. there isn’t a toll free number to verbally talk to someone instead all you’ll able to do is waste your time sending emails that doesn’t ever get read or and receive a response back from anyone!!! guests aren’t valued at the InTown Suites in Bowling Green KY St all!! the office closes at 7 and the manger has had a ongoing problem with us paying between the hour of 6-7pm we pay the late fee so that shouldn’t be one of her problems as long as we pay before they close at 7pm… Tangie the manger will meet her match off-site here soon and the owner of the InTown Suites as well
