My complaint:
Do stop friends we were discriminated against due to a premises liability lawsuit that was filed against them because they were having homeless people and trash on the stairwell I worn management about it several times we were one of very few people even paying to stay there we were charged 440 a week for a premium room that was far from the premium room we were not desperate for a home we were in no position to live in a place mold infested drug infested corruption infested sex offenders we were just going through a rough patch because our home burned down we were taking advantage of we got staff going into our room on camera there’s so much to talk about
Suggested solution:
We want all of our money back from the 9 months we stayed there and had to deal with the harassment the overchargement for a premium room when we never had a premium room a room that was infected with bugs mold hot water was turned off on many occasions Wi-Fi was turned off about 3 days a week when we paid $2 a day for it staff was going in our room I was being extorted offered drugs all because I warned management several times that they need to move the homeless people off the staircase stairwell because they don't move when we go down the steps well he never took action so I had to basically take action we have a camera in our room they caught a member coming in our room searching through our items and taking a few I saw the card after I slipped and fell on their dirty filthy stairwell which I have photos of of trash just all over it like the side of the highway this place is insane they need to be shut down sex offenders walking around when my wife is a rape victim
