My complaint:

I am in between housing and needed a place to stay for a few months. As a frontline healthcare worker I needed to be close to the hospital and the Jonesboro location was a perfect fit. I also must mention that I am also disabled and I require special accommodations including parking which was expressed at the time I made my online reservation. Once I arrived I was told it wasn’t possible but that there were enough parking near my door. This not true.I work at night and it was dark. Not only was there no parking I had to park ip the street and across the street. Then I became ill and was in the hospital. I wanted to stay was told I needed to check out.I called while I was in the hospital anf was told to make another reservations only to give it away once I arrived and there were no more rooms. I didn’t have enough money to go any way else so was forced to sleep in my car for 4 days which I did them but they were not impressed. This is unacceptable. I am putting my life on the line and I use a little sympathy and empathy at this difficult time.

Suggested solution:

Customer service training. Especially now. I will make certain allowances at this time. We all need to he more sensitive. Allowances should have been made to make my handicapped addressed so that I could take care of my patients effectively.
