My complaint:
Instacart deactivated my shopper account saying I failed to deliver 2 orders which isn’t true. I replied to the email they send to try to tell them that was not true. They literally reapplied a few minutes later saying that after further investigation, my account will remained deactivated. There’s no way they did any further investigations. Instacart really doesn’t care for the shoppers.
Suggested solution:
Have a shopper number for us to call the andor for them to call us to actually speak about the situations.
