My complaint:
To whom it may concern this is Miguelina Medaro, I have been removed from instacart shopping for a wrongful termination, I have sent out videos and pictures showing proof of my accident on the road while doing two orders, I was able to inform one of my customers about my emergency Accident on the road they was very understanding, they seen my pictures I sent and informed me to make it home safe, my other customer I had same night was unavailable I asked if they can meet me where my car was located, being that I was in shock on the road, I was told one customer made a complaint about their order, while my other customer was very understanding of my situation.
Suggested solution:
How should they resolve my complaint, in a A very professional way especially when you’re on the busy road and you’re a five star worker, to refund the entire order back to the customer, to also inform the customer I HAD AN EMERGENCY ON THE ROAD WHILE DELIVERING THEIR ORDER, THAT I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE IT I WOULD OF BEEN IN A CAR CRASH! No one knew but my one customer I did speak to that night. I have 19 second video as well where I stayed I have two customers order and I can’t drive no where that I’m stuck on the road!
