My complaint:
Hello, I just want to let you guys know I got sent to the wrong address. I got sent to this address when I was supposed to be sent to 12 west street in old town. When I arrived it was not the guy who ordered but another random man. I thought he might have just gotten the wrong address put down but no. It was not the correct customer I was delivering too. I filed a police report. This man touched me unwantedly and asked me way too many personal questions
Suggested solution:
Please make sure no one gets sent to this street again. Try and resolve this issue with the wrong address please. I don’t want other women to go through the same thing as me. Thank you. Yet again I was supposed to be sent to 12 west street in old town yet was sent to this road instead. Navigation brought me here from your app. Thank you.
