My complaint:

I accepted a batch on 41722@1:07pm I arrived at Walmart upon my arrival the instacart app wouldn’t let me click start shopping, So I proceeded to shop 2 Ribeye thin cut steaks, 2) 20lb bags of Smoked wood barbecue wood. Using the app I photo snapped the items proceeded to check out, app still not allowing me to move further. My concern was getting this ordered delivered. Location Livermore, Ca@1:35 delivery completed upon delivery I get a notification saying my batch will be canceled, then after my delivery I get another notification stating batch canceled, how when I completed this delivery. I have photo as proof I made the delivery still til to this day I have not been paid, I’m being told you didn’t complete your batch) which I did to address (2101) unfortunately I forgot the street name. Instacart is unwilling to pay me they are also stating the batch was removed. All I want is to be paid for my services.
