My complaint:
They locked my account after I spent one hour browsing on their website to pick my grocery and placed an order… I called the customer service and they told me I need to fill out a form and have them review my account then I can continue to order..this is ridiculous and what a waste of my time. I used the app intended to save time not wasting hours to unlock my account after they lock it for no reason. FYI: I just registered my account today because I realized it’s cheaper than Uber eats if I subscribe the membership and that was supposed to be my first order. So no suspicious activity which I don’t understand why they would do that. I was going to recommend my family to use it since they don’t have a car. Not anymore. Very disappointed.

This just happened to me as well. I am a new customer and they keep canceling my orders and locking my account. I’ve heard instacart steals customers’ money anyway, so maybe it’s a good thing I can’t use their service.
