My complaint:
The stores I shop at are Stater Brothers and Walmart. Both these stores accept EBT, but when I try to use my EBT card for an online order instacart tells me I cannot use it. I have tried to find information on why I cant use my card, but everything I read on line tells me Instacart takes EBT at these two stores. It is discriminatory and a violation of EBT card users rights.
Suggested solution:
The appropriate executive at Instacart needs to email me and explain why I cannot use my EBT card at Stater Brothers and Walmart who both accept EBT.
