My complaint:

I have placed many orders for Binny’s, through Instacart, up until 3 weeks ago. After I selet my order, I go to checkout, verify all information and then go to Place Order and receive the following message: Something went wrong in placing your order. There was aan error processing your order.
After repeating this problen to your CSR’S over 5 times, I am promised that this will be brought to the attention of Technical Support and will get a call back, which HAS NOT HAPPENED!! The CSR advised I would have a delivery last Saturrdayy, guess what, never happened. I have also been promised a phone call by 4 CSR, NEVER HAPPENED!! Binnny’s has stated it is not a problem on their end, and it is sometthing with Instacart. I need this corrected and promises made to me need to happen.
