My complaint:
Do I not have the opportunity to approve a substitution? Or change something that was refunded. I had the text open to instacart and I corresponded with the shopper. All of a sudden I was checked out and could no longer contact her. Is this an Instacart policy? We’ve been ordering weekly for a few months now and have almost always had no trouble.
Suggested solution:
I want to know what the substitution policy is, is the customer able to approve something as long as it is in a timely manner.
