Instacart complaint: Shopper did not get paid properly and Customer Service is incompetent

My complaint:

I am an Instacart shopper and have tried contacting customer service numerous times about this issue, but have been met with several different responses and contradicting incorrect information. There was a promotion yesterday, March 24, 2024, that stated that if you complete 6 batches within a certain area, then you are guaranteed $86 in batch earnings. Eligible promo batches usually say promo applied beneath them before you accept those batches. I was experiencing app issues earlier yesterday after I completed my first batch. Afterwards, I was able to complete 5 more batches, all within the same area and all stating promo applied before I accepted them. I completed 6 eligible promo batches, but it is only showing that I completed 4. I spoke with a rep who told me that she spoke with her team and to refresh my app and it should update to show my 6 completed batched for the promotion. However, the app is still showing that I only completed 4 batches instead of 6. The rep, Mellala, told me that she spoke with her team about my issue and stated that on her end, it showed that I did complete 6 batches and that the promo should have applied. She told me to refresh the app, and it should show up. It did not, and I informed her of that and she told me that she will have the issue resolved and gave me a reference ticket ID (240237205). I spoke with another rep after who told me that the issue was already resolved (which it wasnt). Then another rep who told me that the other rep lied, and that I only completed 4 eligible batches (which also isnt true as I tried to explain numerous times, I completed 6 eligible batches). Finally, the last rep told me that they forwarded my issue to the team responsible for promotions (which, at this point I do not believe since I haven’t received any help at all from these customer service reps. All of them have been incompetent). I just want this issue resolved and to be compensated appropriately.

Suggested solution:

Review my account to that I completed 6 eligible batches for the promotion and compensate me for the promotion.
