My complaint:
I was trying to get memory from office Depot. The memory drive I wanted was unfortunately out of stock. I informed the driver, April D, of many alternatives that would be fine and said I would pay any difference. I guess she felt that finding a substitute was too much work? Even though Instacart makes it clear during ordering that substitutions are normal, she ended the conversation while I was still typing and seemed generally annoyed with the whole situation. Probably going to delete my account, this is the second driver today, the other being Steve E, that has blew me off.
Suggested solution:
Inform the drivers involved that substitutions are normal, and not to cancel and order because they simply don't want to put forth effort.
