My complaint:

I filled out a secure form application to get my refund on a missing order and trust and safety went and closed my account and denied me my refund after I sent in documents and proof of the card information and ebt information jasmine the worker was very disrespectful and discriminated me saying lies that they used my chats against me and there was irregularities to my order which is a lie I’m a customer I don’t appreciate the service I am giving my order was alot of money
