My complaint:

I worked on 22121 and the last delivery was not complete. I contacted Instacart to inform them the delivery was not complete and I would return the alcohol items in the morning to the store, when I went to sleep I had a cash out of $33 and some odd cents. The total was $50.61. I did not cash out because I wanted to wait until I returned the item to get the rest of the pay. The next day I woke up and my money had completely disappeared down to a zero balance. No even a cash out. I e been working for Instacart for a while now and know how they operate. When you finish a job a few mins later you’ll usually receive pay to cash out but they’ll hold the tips until the next day which is bs. You made the tips they should release all your money you’ve made at the same time but they wait out the tips to see if the customer wants to take the tip back. Completely utterly ridiculous. Anyways, I returned the items the following morning and got a receipt. Took a snap of the receipt in chat and they said the funds would be available in a couple hours, my money is still currently on hold and today is 22321. I spoke with another rep a few mins ago and again they said it would be available by the end of the day. I have no money and have a second job to work today with no gas. Unbelievable
