My complaint:

I have used Instacart on the past for small transaction and would pay delivery! This company has taken it upon themselves to charge me for a shitty membership that only offers a discount if you spend $35.00. I never authorized grays. I want my money refunded immediately and I am still going to report this to the BBB.

Suggested solution:

Escalate this to the BBB, and Expedite my refund.
