My complaint:
Hello. I’m a shopper for instacart. I received messages from instacart saying SIX false ratings were due to be removed from my account on 12/31/23 when the period ended. I also have multiple five star ratings that were added by customers that have not been added onto my account. They have not removed any of the ratings that they said they did. My biggest issue which I’m adding all of the pictures as proof is the agents for instacart. It’s horrific. I’ve written in almost two dozen times. Every single agent either doesn’t read what I say, or lies to get me off of the chat. Not one single agent has actually helped me get this taken care of and I still am not making money due to this issue, I’m late on my rent because of this. I even had an agent go as far as to blatantly tell me they lie to me: I need these false six ratings removed from my account, and I need the five star ratings I received yesterday on 01/01/24 added. I included many pictures I hope you got them all.
Suggested solution:
Remove the false six ratings that they already notified me that they did and add my five star rating from yesterday.
