My complaint:
I am an Instacart employee I was last paid in September 2020. I worked completed 2 orders for Instacart the week of Feb. 21-27 but was not paid for my work. The same bank account to which my Sept. 2020 direct deposit payment went to is the same account I have saved for any future deposits,however Instacart claims there was an error when my deposit was processed so now I have no way of getting my earned money after I’ve completed jobs for them. I don’t work for free; I’m pissed I feel used
Suggested solution:
Give me my earned money a bonus of some sort for frustrating circumstances that THEY initiated
