My complaint:
Two weeks ago while working in a new store my supervisor screamed at me, well we yelled at each other. Her being white and myself being black it seemed odd my Immediate supervisor did not reach out to find out my side of the issue. Yesterday I was told that there was an Investigation and I was terminated. How do you terminate someone without speaking to them. I reached out to my supervisor via email and she has yet to return my call I’m very disappointed in the fact that in 2020 these things can actually happen in the fact that Instacart has done nothing as far as making a decision without all the facts. That’s my story and it’s not over.
