My complaint:

Seth, the delivery guy, missed 6 items I ordered, yet I was charged for them. I’m sorry I tipped him $20 in cash. King Soopers gave me a $20 refund on my loyalty card. But, Seth needs to know that he didn’t get all my items. Maybe he can refund the $20 tip I gave him. I’m not pleased at all.

Suggested solution:

Maybe, if Seth refunds the $20.00 tip I gave him.
