My complaint:
Yesterday i picked a batch for a customer and i check out the order so when i when to my car to continue with the delivery the app froze and dont let me continue the minutes continue counting so i try contact one of the Agent to help me to resolve the issue and she kick me out from the order so i couldn’t continue so i ended to return the items to Shoprite. After i do that i get in contact with 5 Agents and no one helpme. So since yesterday at 4pm i can’t login. I unistalled the app for hours and when i try to login again don’t let me do it
Suggested solution:
I believe they can log me in from they're offfice. If they resolve an issue when i checkout or when you trying to pass the card or continue forward in the app i think they can do it directly
