My complaint:
Christmas eve insta cart shows up, not one present I purchased and ordered for my 3 year old daughter was in the package. I am guessing someone did some exchange if their own without consulting me. My daughter’s Christmas was ruined. I have called several times to get the correct packages delivered from Christmas Eve and also a full refund. It should not take this long to make things right. She will never get another Chritmas until next year. This is devastating. My family has broken up over this. There is no possible way to make it up
Suggested solution:
Deliver the correct toys from Christmas eve maybe even more toys and a full refund. They could also rnit just refund but add to it extra so my daughter can shoo for herself a big shopping sprre for myself and my daughter
