My complaint:
I was shopping in Costco 12112020, when it was time to checkout, the app loaded for over 10 min. Resulting in me, leaving the cart, canceling the order and walking out the store. Penalty
I accepted a H‑E‑B order in Leander 12122020 the aisles in the app was not right, like items was just listed as whatever. It took me way to long to finish the order because I was rocking back and forth.
Then I accepted a order after dropping off, use the navigate button in the app. It took me 11 min away from the store. Resulting in a cancel. Penalty
Suggested solution:
Take the 2 penalty off my account. Reimburse me for your wrong doing, which would be the 11 min wrong way. And get a better team of people that care about the company cause ain’t no way these items should be all over the place. All produce at the top but it’s one all the way at the bottom.
