My complaint:

I have been shopping for instacart for about 2 months and have completed every batch I ever took. Out of the blu theirs a 1% cancellation rate on my account. I’ve never canceled a batch in my life so why!? I got nowhere with the customer reps. All they said was I can do more batches to decrease my rate like I NEVER CANCELED A BATCH! So why is that their!
