My complaint:
Purchased item from Vinted..
Very large back seat Hammock for dogs.
Seller put the item in a locker on the 09/08/23 at 07:44 which then created a tracking code MD000000085990117.
10/08/23 system shows item as being shipped at 20:43
13/08/23 system shows in transit at 13:18
Then nothing!!
Made a formal complaint on the 4th September cap Inpost website. Not heard anything..
Suggested solution:
As the item was provided a tracking number. This parcel should be located and sent on to me.
