My complaint:
I was told that my parcel wouldn’t be collected from the lockers on 1042023 due to Bank Holiday, but it was collected and is being sent back to the sender. I called Inpost help a day before due to that I was away for the Easter holiday and asked if I could extend for one day, she said no but assured me that no one is going to take the parcel back because it’s Bank Holiday, so I will still be able to collect it. AND IT WAS A LIE.
Suggested solution:
Give back my parcel, or refund the shipping cost
