My complaint:
I, Katherine Medberry purchased a Home and portable Oxygen unit from Inogen on May 2018. I called Inogen to see about getting supplies such as Cannabulas Tubing for the units, I was informed by them that if I was not renting the units I had to pay for the supplies and my insurance was not going to pay for them I have to pay cash . I live on Disability and receive less than $1000 a month. Could you please help me with this as I feel that I should have been advised of this at the time of purchase. Please help me I need my oxygen. Thank you.

I had covid in July last year and as a result needed oxygen. I thought inogen was a reputable company. The contract agreement was $28.51 a month.All went well until they decided to take out over $200 closer to 300 out of my checking without my authorization. They can not explain what this money went for..They have taken my money I pay bills with..I only draw $680 in ss and they got half..they can not explain it and and refuse to refund the money stolen from my account.
