I, Katherine Medberry purchased a Home and portable Oxygen unit from Inogen on May 2018. I called Inogen to see about getting supplies such as Cannabulas Tubing for the units, I was informed by them that if I was not renting the units I had to pay for the supplies and my insurance was not going to pay for them I have to pay cash . I live on Disability and receive less than $1000 a month. Could you please help me with this as I feel that I should have been advised of this at the time of purchase. Please help me I need my oxygen. Thank you.

    I had covid in July last year and as a result needed oxygen. I thought inogen was a reputable company. The contract agreement was $28.51 a month.All went well until they decided to take out over $200 closer to 300 out of my checking without my authorization. They can not explain what this money went for..They have taken my money I pay bills with..I only draw $680 in ss and they got half..they can not explain it and and refuse to refund the money stolen from my account. I'm having to have them pick it up when I still need it because I can't trust them to take out the proper amount.I have no money for other bills and medication and food...Please help me I don't know where else to turn..I say BEWARE of inogen.They take your money for no product or service..dishonest company..
