My complaint:
There are many online ESL tutoring groups out there work with the other groups. My experience with itutorgroup is that there IT department made several errors with my scheduling and held it against me. It scheduled when I did not request a class and gave me a no show which is held against you, and when I appealed it, I was treated as as a lier. The IT or someone maybe scheduling assigned me classes I had not requested nor scheduled then counted me a no show, They took classes from me and gave them to someone on standby while I was in session teaching the student. I wanted a professional, caring, online ESL company to work for, unfortunately, if your looking for such a company ititorgroup is not that. If you choose them be careful between the schedulers, and IT watch your back between the two of them they make mistakes but you will pay for it. WATCH OUT!
Suggested solution:
I just want to make everyone aware who is interested in working for Itutorgroup of the companies priorities , and there priority is not you, but the money they get because of you and your ability. I have learned from working with them you as a teacher are expendable there more where you come from, so they think. My rating for them is a 0 stay away.
