My complaint:

I called indiana michigan power companys customer service number to ask for my smart meter to be removed and replaced with a safe analog meter. I was told this would be no problem and someone would call me in 13 days to schedule the meter change. Diana at 765-287-3387 called back 1 or two days later in response to my call just as customer service said. However she told me i cannot have an analog meter. She gave bogus reasons as to why… To which i rebuttled each with perfect logic. She told me if i have an analog meter installed she will shut of my power and hung up on me.

Suggested solution:

I want my dangerous, illegal, radiation omitting smart meter removed and replaced with a safe non privacy invasive analog meter. There are web sites that sell them and someone from AEP can come out an install it. I dont mind paying for it. I want an opt out option from my smart meter. They break federal wire tapping laws and omit carcinogenic amounts of radiation all through the power lines inside the house. The smart meter negatively affects my health.
