My complaint:
I ordered a simple grilled cheese animal style. My entire party had ordered before me and got their food. But mine was taking a very long time. I went up and asked about it and they said we would be out in a moment. 30 seconds later it was out and they gave it to me but when I got home, it was just a regular hamburger which I don’t eat meat. That’s why I had the special order.
I hadn’t been to In-N-Out for a long time which I really enjoy so I was excited again to at least eat everything but the patty, but when I got home, it was wrong so that was a huge disappointment. I have and eight month old child and everyone else was here already at the house eating. I couldn’t really leave drive back to the store and go fix it, I just wanted to let you know what happened, I feel like there was not much attention to detail with this.
Suggested solution:
Well, I wasn’t able to eat, but I’m not out much money, I just didn’t get to eat lunch with everybody else.
