My complaint:

My order was incorrect. The cashier did recite my order back to me, and it was correct when it was said but did not match what was rang up. I trusted that my order was correct and took it home to my family to see it was rang up and made wrong. I personally don’t appreciate being told to verify MY order that I PAID for. I believe that should be done by the cashier as it is typically. This is inconvenient and honestly incredibly frustrating seeing as i’d have to go back to the store just for one burger, and my family member did not get the burger they were waiting for.

Suggested solution:

Simply take it seriously. I wasn’t originally offered a refund so I don’t need one.
