My complaint:
I went through the drive thru, ordered my cheeseburger, paid for it and picked it up at next window. I parked to eat, opened the bag to eat and bit into a cold cheeseburger. Very disappointing. This occurred today @ 12:46 pm

make sure food is not served cold
