My complaint:
Arrived at 1030 am, we waited 12 hr to get waited on, then 1 hour to get our food, which sat in the serving window for 25 minutes before it was delivered to us, wait staff was rude, they were arguing with each other and complaining about customers at the serve window. The restaurant and bathroom was despicable- filthy and disgusting. The entire staff was dressed inappropriate- dirty clothes, they all looked like they rolled out of bed and came right to work. Our waitress told us the kitchen is awful and she thinking she is going to quit. DAMN people- get his fixed! Not sure we will EVER go back. We had 1 pm Disney on Ice show and were late due to all of this fiasco that played out in front of us.
Suggested solution:
Clean up the restaurant, clean up the staff, take steps to rectify the cook and wait issues- issue dissatisfied customers gift certs so they may go back.
