My complaint:
Order was completely wrong, called it in right away. Was given choice of refund or replace order, I chose refund. Only got refunded less than half of what was owed. Called back to clear it up, was given the run around and was told to call back. Had to again the third time because could not get a hold of anyone when I finally did district manager she claimed I never listed the other items that were wrong (untrue) began yelling uncontrollably calling me pathetic and annoying.
Suggested solution:
Go through with what they said initially
