IHOP complaint: Bad experience

My complaint:

Our server (Roshanda) 426 was the worst we have ever had. She continued to answer your question even before we were finished asking it. She was pushy and rude. Our silverware was dirty and we asked for new ones. She gave us a plastic set. After giving her our order I asked for syrup for my pancakes. She never did bring the syrup. When we were about to leave I asked her about it and said Oh I thought you didn’t want any. I asked for crispy bacon, but received bacon that was barely cooked. She would answer your question with I Got It. Aged all these years I don’t think we will be coming back again.

Suggested solution:

Train this employee better. We have never had a problem before, but then we always asked for (Renee) ,but he was off today.
