My complaint:
ordered crepes online and paid for them at 8:30 at night Sunday March 13th ordered an uber which cost 20 dollars to get to the restaurant from the motel and were met with a hostess after we had to walk all the way in and find her, we asked her about our order and she told us that she just had refunded the money they did not have any crepes and the cook comes out of the kitchen cussing and saying some things in a bad mood and became more upset when the hostess said she would let us have some pancakes because the grill was already off at 915 at night. We have not received a refund we had to tip 10 dollars on top of the 20 to uber to wait on us to get some pancakes the cook was cussing about having to cook we were not given the strawberries and cream with the pancakes we did not want but could not order what we wanted. The stores posted hours of operation say open until 10 pm and while we were being treated like trash by the employees they were turning customers away I watched 2 car loads of people refused service because the grill was already off 45 minutes before closing. I have never felt so unappreciated or hated by any one in my life. I think something should be done in favor of all the money lost and not being served as we should be surely this is not what Ihop stands for I thought better of your brand than this surely something can be done to make this better.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the first order that we haven't received the refund for also for the money we spent on the ice cold plain pancakes and the uber to get them. Whatever else Ihop feels they should do to make it right and make it easier for me to forget that this ever happened and go on in life feeling good about them.
